The NJLSVA was founded to educate suppliers on trends in industry procurement and public policy that affects the life sciences industry.

Event: Somerset Co. Business Partnership and HINJ to Host Workplace Wellness Workshop November 9; Focus on Medication Adherence

BWorkforce Healthy 2ridgewater, NJ, October 24, 2016 — The Somerset County Business Partnership, in collaboration with the HealthCare Institute of New Jersey (HINJ) and Healthier Somerset, will present “Achieve a Healthier, More Productive Workforce: The Value of Medication Adherence” on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, from 8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.

The session will take place at the New Jersey Center for Excellence, 1041 US Highway 202/206 in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

The event is an element of the Business Partnership’s Workplace Wellness initiative that provides public and private sector employers and employees the information and resources necessary to reduce costs, decrease employee turnover, and improve productivity. Continue reading

The event will be held on Wednesday, November 9 from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the New Jersey Center of Excellence Bridgewater at 1041 U.S. Highway 202-206, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.

The breakfast event will feature a presentation by The Asheville Project creator John Miall, Jr.  The Asheville Project focuses on eliminating barriers to care, providing employees with the resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and engaging local pharmacists as partners in care.  Continue reading

Commissioner O’Dowd Calls on Businesses to Contribute to Efforts to Improve Health
