The New Jersey Life Sciences Vendors Alliance (NJLSVA) is a coalition of businesses, individuals and academia who provide goods and services to New Jersey’s life sciences companies.

The NJLSVA was founded to educate suppliers on trends in industry procurement and public policy that affects the life sciences industry.


Mayor Janice Mironov: ‘How the Biomedical Industry Bolsters NJ’

East Windsor, NJ, March 22, 2013 — In an op-ed published in The Record, the Honorable Janice Mironov, Mayor of East Windsor Township and President of the New Jersey State League of Municipalities, writes, “[T]his state’s biomedical industry is a shining example of an investment paying good dividends to New Jersey’s workers, investors and taxpayers.  Recognizing this reality, we have created the Mayors Committee on Life Sciences, a partnership between the New Jersey State League of Municipalities and We Work for Health New Jersey.”

Mayor Mironov says, “[Life sciences’] jobs extend well beyond the walls of research and development campuses and manufacturing facilities.  Biopharmaceutical companies rely on deep supply chains that extend benefits throughout the community.” Continue reading
