The New Jersey Life Sciences Vendors Alliance (NJLSVA) is a coalition of businesses, individuals and academia who provide goods and services to New Jersey’s life sciences companies.

The NJLSVA was founded to educate suppliers on trends in industry procurement and public policy that affects the life sciences industry.

NJLSVA to Host Annual Procurement Conference on Oct. 28 at Rowan University

Register Here SquareNew Brunswick, NJ, October 22, 2014 ― You are invited to attend the New Jersey Life Sciences Vendors Alliance (NJLSVA) Annual Procurement Conference on Tuesday, October 28 in Rowan Hall at Rowan University, 201 Mullica Hill Road in Glassboro, NJ.  Admission is free.

A continental breakfast and networking will begin at 8:00 a.m., and the program will run from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The conference agenda will include:

  • Pharmaceutical industry executives who will speak on the latest trends in procurement;
  • A presentation on how the new Rowan University can help attendees’ businesses;
  • An update from Trenton and Washington, D.C. on current issues impacting New Jersey’s life sciences community

New Jersey’s biopharmaceutical and medical technology companies continue to be key drivers of the state’s economy, generating more than $43 billion in direct annual economic activity, including:

  • Awarding more than $8 billion per year in contracts to local New Jersey businesses for goods and services; and
  • Creating more than 250,000 spin-off jobs throughout the state’s economy.

As a member of New Jersey’s life sciences vendor community, you also play a key role in sustaining and expanding an industry that is essential to New Jersey’s economy.
