Event: Montclair State University to Host ‘Trump’s First 100 Days: What It Might Mean for Innovation and Entrepreneurship’ on January 30
Montclair, NJ, January 25, 2017 — Donald J. Trump was an unconventional candidate, and many expect him to be an unconventional president. What will this mean in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship? What can we expect from a Trump White House? How will the Democrats interact with a Trump administration?
Join Montclair State University’s Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship and Department of Political Science on Monday, January 30 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. as a panel of experts provides insight on these questions and on how a Trump administration could impact entrepreneurs, startup founders, innovators and inventors.
Two of the state’s most well-respected political strategists/consultants, Democrat Julie Roginsky and Republican Michael DuHaime.
Roginsky is a Fox News contributor who has been an advisor to Cory Booker, Frank Lautenberg and many others, including gubernatorial candidate Phil Murphy.
DuHaime has held senior positions with George W. Bush, Chris Christie, John McCain and others.
They will be joined by top political expert and Montclair State’s own Brigid Callahan Harrison. A Professor of Political Science and Law, Harrison is a frequent commentator on U.S. politics in print, electronic and broadcast media. Harrison will provide the larger context of how Trump and his administration could influence innovation and entrepreneurship.
The panel will be moderated by patent and intellectual property attorney David Postolski. A partner at Gearhart Law, Postolski is well-known and well-respected in the startup community in New Jersey, and beyond.
